This Cuddly Urn is handcrafted with love and respect for your loved ones. It is made from a high quality stuffed animal and is perfect to cuddle with. It is a great way to remember your loved one.

This medium-sized urn is ideal if you are splitting up the remains and only plan to store half or less of the ashes.

You can also choose to ship the remains to me to seal in the urn, or seal them yourselves.

As these Cuddly Urns are a custom order, which is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase, I am unable to accept returns.

Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.

Full payment is required for custom orders. Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded. Lead time is estimated at 7-14 days, not including weekends or holidays for 'In Stock' products. If you are buying a pre-order, please allow 14-21 days in order for me to get the base product from my manufacturer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is completed and shipped, along with a tracking number.

Production and delivery lead times are estimates and subject to change. In the unlikely case of a custom order exceeding 3 weeks from the date of the deposit or payment, the customer has the right to cancel the custom order for a full refund or the deposit.

Once a custom order has been submitted there are no guarantees that they are able to be modified. Charges may apply to approve any production modifications.

While I do not accept returns, that does not apply to the extent of defects or damages. If an order arrives damaged or broken, reach out to me and we will arrange to fix the issue with no additional cost to you!
